Open Question: Do you agree with this question answer session?
Please read question 3 carefully, i agree with it :)The right questions to be raised here should be;1) question: "what will be the spending habits of the expatriates of the people of Dubai?"Answer is, as an expatriates consumer, I will look for cheaper alternative, and that will affect a lot of businesses, such as automotive industry.2) Question "will they spend more money in Dubai or save more and send more out of the country?"Answer is, NO, they will demise themselves for their future since there is no future for any expat to be stable in UAE.3) Question: "will it affect the economy of Dubai?"Answer is, Yes, consumers are the players of the economy, and the one who controls the economy, if the consumer is not helping, the economy will not help the country to grow.

Open Question: What industrialist famously said he didn't know the nuts and bolts of his industry..?
..he just hired the best men who knew about the industry-(oil /steel) Rockefeller?Carnegie? I sat on an appointment with a business owner who owned a few automotive repair franchises. He said the same-he doesn't/didn't know much about car repair, he just hired those who did. How do you run a successful biz without knowing the nuts and bolts? Is it easier said than done when you have the cash beforehand to hire the best workers?

Open Question: Need opinion on this marriage case?
Clyde and Betty Penley were married in 1949. In late 1967, Clyde operated automotive tire business and Betty owned an interest in a Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) franchise. That year, when Betty became ill, she requested Clyde begin spending additional time at the KFC franchise to ensure its continued operation. Subsequently, Betty asked if Clyde would devote full time to the KFC franchise they would operate the business as a joint enterprise, share equally in the ownership of its assets, and divide its returns equally. Pursuant to this agreement, Clyde terminated his tire business and devoted his full time to the KFC franchise. On December 31, 1979, Betty abandoned Clyde and denied him any rights in the KFC franchise. Clyde sued to enforce the agreement with Betty. My question is, is the agreement enforceable? Why? The agreement was verbal, why should Clyde get it after Betty left him? I am assuming it was verbal since it says "Betty asked Clyde" there is no mention of a written contract.
